The housing is as varied as any city we serve. Central Escondido is 1950s-to-70s single-story ranch homes with wide, low eaves that take gutter clips beautifully. South Escondido and Eagle Crest lean toward 1980s and 2000s two-stories with tile roofs and stacked gables. Hidden Meadows and Jesmond Dene are hillside customs with long rooflines, views, and driveways that climb.
The Old Escondido Historic District deserves its own mention. Craftsman bungalows and Spanish revival homes there have exposed rafter tails, wood fascia, and low porch rooflines. We use shingle and gutter clips only, never nails or staples, and we route cords so the daytime look stays as clean as the night one.
Inland heat in Escondido is real, so we install commercial-grade LED bulbs that run cool and set the timer to come on at dusk. Harmony Grove Village and the other newer associations set holiday windows that typically run mid-November into January; give us your dates and we plan the install and the takedown inside them.

Can you install on an Old Escondido craftsman with wood eaves and exposed rafters?
Yes, and we do it with clips only. Shingle clips under the roof edge and gutter clips where there are gutters, never nails, screws, or staples. We photograph the roofline before and after so the wood is exactly as we found it.
Do you serve Hidden Meadows and the hillside homes above Escondido?
Yes. Hidden Meadows, Jesmond Dene, and the homes above Lake Hodges are on our route. Long rooflines and climbing driveways are normal there; we measure on satellite first and plan the lines that read from the road.
Does Harmony Grove Village allow roofline Christmas lights?
