My Irvine village HOA has strict holiday-decoration dates. Can you work inside them?
Yes. Woodbury, Portola Springs, Northwood, and most other Irvine villages allow seasonal roofline lighting inside a set window, typically mid-November through mid-January. Give us the dates when you book and both the install and the takedown go on the calendar within them.
I own a detached condo that shares a wall. Can you still light my roofline?
Yes. We look at the property on satellite, confirm which eaves and peaks are yours, and light only those, ending each run cleanly at the property line. Tell us your neighbor is doing the same and we can match the look.
Do you serve the Great Park neighborhoods and Orchard Hills?
Yes. Beacon Park, Cadence Park, Rise, Solis Park, Portola Springs, and Orchard Hills are all on our Irvine route. New construction sometimes puts the front outlet in the garage or on a switch; mention it when you book and we plan the cord route.
