Mission Viejo is about 50 minutes from our Temecula warehouse by the 15 and the 74 or the 241, and it is the heart of our South Orange County routes. Crews cover the neighborhoods around Lake Mission Viejo, Casta del Sol, Pacific Hills, Canyon Crest, Painted Trails, Stoneridge, Aegean Hills, Cordova, and the streets by Mission Viejo Country Club.
Most of the city was built by the Mission Viejo Company in the 1970s and 80s: two-story stucco with concrete tile, split-level ranch homes on sloped lots, and rooflines that step with the hill. Those older tiles can be brittle, so we use tile clips that sit under the tile without lifting it, and we never drill or nail. A front roofline with the gables outlined in warm white is the look most Mission Viejo families ask for.
Hills change the install. A home above the lake may have a two-story front and a one-story back, or a driveway that drops steeply to the garage. We measure on satellite before the quote call, plan the ladder work, and light the lines that read from the street. Homes on the lake side often want the water-facing roofline too.
Casta del Sol is a 55-plus community of single-story homes with low eaves and its own association rules, and it is one of our favorite routes because the installs are clean and quick. Elsewhere, the Lake Mission Viejo membership communities and the Pacific Hills and Painted Trails associations allow seasonal lighting inside a mid-November-to-mid-January window. Give us your dates and we work within them.

My Mission Viejo roof has older concrete tiles. Will clips damage them?
No. Tile clips slide under the tile and hold the cord without lifting or drilling, so brittle 1970s and 80s tile is not an issue. We photograph the roofline before and after, and we never use nails, screws, or adhesive.
Do you serve Casta del Sol?
Yes. Casta del Sol's single-story homes are some of our quickest and cleanest installs. Add us to the gate list for install day and again for the January takedown, and tell us the association's decoration window when you book.
Can you light both the street side and the lake side of a Lake Mission Viejo home?
Yes. On lake-facing homes we often light the street roofline and the water-facing eaves so the house reads from the lake and the road. We map it on satellite before the call and quote only the lines you want.
