Menifee is twenty minutes up the 215 from our warehouse, and crews run it several days a week through the season. Audie Murphy Ranch, Heritage Lake, Menifee Lakes, Menifee Town Center, and the hill streets of Quail Valley all sit on our regular routes, which keeps install dates early and service calls quick.
Newer Menifee homes are built with a lot of roofline to work with: two stories, multiple front-facing gables, stucco in light desert tones, and concrete tile. Those tract elevations were drawn to look good from the street, and outlining every peak in warm-white C9s makes the whole design pop. We custom-cut each run so the bulbs meet cleanly at the corners and the peaks finish at the point, not a foot short.
Sun City is the opposite kind of job and one we love. Single-story homes, low eaves, wide front elevations, and a community that takes its December seriously. A clean roofline with a wrapped tree or a wreath on the garage is a quick install, and the low roof keeps the takedown quick too.
Menifee HOAs, from Audie Murphy Ranch to Heritage Lake, generally allow seasonal lighting from mid-November into January. A note for brand-new builds: some homes come with the front exterior outlet on a switch or missing entirely. Tell us when you book and we plan the power route ahead of the crew's visit.

My Menifee home is brand new and has no exterior outlet out front. Can you still install?
Usually, yes. Many new builds in Audie Murphy Ranch and Heritage Lake have a switched outlet under the eave or one in the garage. We plan the cord route ahead of install day and bring what we need to reach it cleanly. If there is truly no working outlet, we tell you before we cut anything so an electrician can add one.
Is it worth lighting a single-story home in Sun City?
Single-story homes are some of the best-looking installs on the street. The eave is closer to eye level, so the bulbs read bright and even, and a wrapped tree or a lit wreath finishes it. Setup and takedown are quick, which is also why Sun City is a favorite route for our crew.
Do you install on the lakefront homes in Menifee Lakes?
Yes. We light the street side and, when the home backs onto the water, the lake-facing roofline too, so the house reads from both directions. Tell us which side matters to you and we quote it that way.
